1. The summer house is adapted for a maximum of 5 people (or 6 people by arrangement). The price includes a flat rate for the entire cottage and the services detailed in point 4. Additional services, e.g. towels, cleaning (see price list) must be paid as additional costs. A deposit of PLN 500 is collected before handing over the holiday home and returned after it is collected. The tenant additionally pays tourist taxes and other local taxes to the city of Świnoujście in accordance with the currently applicable rates adopted by the city council.
2. The hotel day lasts from 2:00 p.m. on the day of check-in until 10:00 a.m. on the last day of stay. Extending the stay is possible only after prior arrangement and no other reservations. In the event of extending the stay, without prior notification to the owner, more than 30 minutes, a fee for the next hotel day will be charged. The owner reserves the right (even when guests are away) to pack his belongings and prepare the cottage for further rental.
If the tenant does not show up by 22:00 on the day of arrival, the contract is considered to have been terminated and after 48 hours the owner or his representative can then freely dispose of the property. The costs of an unfulfilled reservation are non-refundable.
3. As a rule, additional services are possible, they require written confirmation by the owner. If you have pets, you should indicate the type and size.
4. Reservation takes place after confirmation of the owner of the facility and payment of an advance payment of 20% of the rental amount. The deposit should be paid within seven days of receiving the booking confirmation at the latest. The remaining part of the payment should be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the lease. (Bookings through other websites such as Booking may have different rules.) If the payment deadlines are not met, the reservation is considered null and void. Energy costs, water, parking space, waste, internet access, a set of bed linen for each registered person and the entire rental period are included in the basic price. In the event of excessive wear, the tenant reserves the right to calculate additional costs.
5. The parties may withdraw from the agreement at any time in writing. In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the tenant is obliged to:
• from the date of confirmation of the reservation by the owner until 14 days before the start of the rental period – withdrawal from the contract free of charge.
• If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the rental, you must pay the full amount, the date of receipt of the cancellation message counts. The person making the reservation may appoint their substitute, but is obliged to notify the owner of the facility in writing.
6. The tenant is responsible for the property entrusted to him and undertakes to use it in accordance with its purpose, and he is materially responsible for the resulting damages. Defects and damage already discovered upon arrival must be reported immediately to the property management, otherwise the tenant is liable for these damages. In the event of damage, it should be removed before the end of the lease term, if this is impossible, the tenant bears the costs of subsequent repair. Complaints and complaints should be reported immediately to the owner. Complaints submitted after the rental period are considered unfounded. Guests are not allowed to change the interior design, as well as the technical condition of the facility.
On the day of departure, the tenant's personal belongings must be removed and the waste-garbage must be disposed of in designated containers. The object should be in the same condition as when it was received.
7. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
8. The Lessee agrees to the storage of his personal data. The Owner undertakes to obtain only the data that is necessary for the performance of the contract, and all personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality.9. The offer has been prepared with the utmost care. In the event of force majeure beyond the control of the owner, e.g. due to local power and water outages, unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances such as official restrictions, sudden construction sites or disruptions caused by natural and local events, e.g. the organisation of sports events, the owner will use all due diligence to help solve any problems that may arise (as far as possible). The owner's liability for the use of equipment and equipment of the facility contrary to its intended purpose is excluded. The owner is not responsible for personal items left on the premises in the event of theft or fire. The tenant is fully responsible for the intentional destruction or damage to the equipment of the facility.
10. The photos and text on the website or in the leaflets are realistic with the object and its surroundings, however, 100% identity cannot be guaranteed. The owner reserves the right to make changes to the equipment (e.g. furniture, equipment). If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are or become unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of the offer shall not be affected. In disputes not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish legislation shall apply, and the competent court to resolve them will be the competent court in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
11. E-Cars charging on the premises is strictly prohibited! Home installations are not designed to charge electric vehicles, long-term load of increased power consumption can lead to overheating of the system, its burnout and even to a fire in the building.
12. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi only after reading the terms and conditions of its use, which are available on the website and brochure in the facility. In the event of contamination of the water in the jacuzzi by faeces, the customer will be charged with the cost of water replacement in the amount of PLN 300.
